Pool Side 4

"Pool Side 4" is a visual presentation of both display and captivating characteristics. In it, we see an alluring model giving a seductive eye contact, which provides a more personal trait with the viewer, and her torso revealed in a tantalizing and softly erotic way. The picture is of high contrast from the ink-dark upper background and the brightness of her skin and scant white attire. Minor deficiencies to consider here are that her attire and pose are more appropriate in a bedroom rather than a pool (though it can be suggested a thin white T-shirt would also be). Also, being brunette, the model's hair is SO MUCH a part of that very black background. No doubt, auburn or blond hair would better define her head against it, even if it does make her face more noticeable. The lighting of this image then was not so much perfect as it is balanced. A way to better create an equilibrium between the bedroom look and the pool one would have been to have had the model simply hold a swimming accessory (snorkel, mask, etc.) just above the water in her right hand. However, her eyes and degree of nudity implicate an interest more than just swimming! The picture deserves a title beyond what is given, such as "Secret Swim," or "After Hours Dip," etc, but its composition, atmosphere(s), along with the expression of the model more than amply connect us to it and the work itself.
